LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

capcornerguards.com warrants to its purchasers that the stainless steel corner guards sold by it will be free of any defects in material and or workmanship and meets the design criteria for which it was intended when properly applied and installed per our recommended installation instructions. Failure to use proper fasteners, adhesives or other installation methods consistent with industry standards shall relieve capcornerguards.com of any liability.

Any defective product will be replaced free of any charge if a claim is presented in writing and with a copy of this certificate to capcornerguards.com. capcornerguards.com will not be responsible for any removal or installation costs involved in such replacement. Replacement will include shipment costs within the United States.

This warranty is IN LIEU OF any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this limited lifetime warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages of any type. Any field modifications will void this warranty.
